Description

Kinetic sculpture featuring a sailor in a rowboat. This type of folk art piece uses a pendulum mechanism to create motion When the counterweight (the anchor at the bottom) is set in motion, the sailor's arms pump and the oars swing, emulating a bobbing, rowing action. Authentic vintage painted metal sailor in a rowing boat balance toy on stand- Measures 17 inches high-the actual boat and man measures approx 10x7 inches -some paint losses consistent with use. Great vintage condition. The paint on man/row boat is in excellent condition. There is some wear on the stand from use and also on the base. $100 OBO Pick up in Bellevue
