Opened, never used. I set it up for use, but kept forgetting, so it just hung on my shower rod. It's never touched any person, but I went ahead & soaked & scrubbed it in vinegar water, very disinfected just for extra measure. Charging cord & all heads included. I don't have box or manual, but it's simple to work. Long pressing button powers off/on & short presses changes speed. Retail $15+, I'm asking only $7.
