Vintage Hand Painted Black Floral Vase Tulip Scalloped Rim Porcelain 8in

Decorative hand-painted floral vase with a glossy black ground and colorful tulip-style flowers in purple, pink, blue and green. The vase has a bulbous body, narrow neck and flared scalloped rim, with a white glazed interior and a thin metallic-toned accent along the edge. The floral decoration continues around the body rather than appearing only on one side. The underside has a faded rectangular red stamp along with a green painted mark, but the markings are too worn to identify the maker or country confidently. They are shown clearly in the photos. Approximate dimensions: Height: 8.25" Widest diameter: 4–4.25" Top opening/rim: about 4" Condition: Pre-owned vintage condition. There is visible age-related surface crazing in the glaze, light scratches/scuffs, some discoloration and wear around the base, and wear to the rim/edge decoration. I do not see an obvious major crack or large missing section in the photos. Please review all images closely, particularly the rim and underside, for exact condition.
