Selling our Plug and Power PP31 110v spa / hot tub. It works great and heats up to a max of 104 degrees. It has different colored lights and fits 2 people. Could fit 2 and a kid though. It is 110v, so it can plug into any standard outlet. The only caveat to 110v is that it cannot run the jets and heat at the same time. We honestly never needed that feature as the water stayed warm enough for us to be in for a couple of hours at least before really wanting more heat. A power cord with GFCI is included... I think it is about 25 ft in length. I have kept up with chemicals on a weekly basis, and the spa was drained and cleaned every 6 months. The fold away cover, side table, and any remaining chemicals, filters, and cleaning supplies will be included. You will probably have to get a company experienced in moving spas to come get it unless you've done this before. I will drain the spa before pick up. They do not impact performance at all and are hard.
