I thought this was a joke a first...
After making an offer on eBay for one of their cars, I received a call from the dealer asking if I wanted to proceed with the purchase. I asked if they were willing to accept my offer, but they didn't give me an answer. Instead I got an email and text stating that I'd have to give them a deposit (see screenshot), in order for them to tell me if they'd accept my offer or not...what a joke! I've purchased several vehicles from cross-country and have never heard of anything like this or treated so lowly before.

They let you in even if your not buying and they have spectacular cars lake the ssc ultimate aero and the 1971 ferarri 365 gbt/4 convertible the cars are so beautiful. And they also had a Bugatti veyron.

We recently bought a car from The New a toy auto store. In general the customer service was great, sales rep Jorge , help us and guide us step by step, in our case work extra hours until our deal was completed. Financial Rep as well , very helpful and professional. Definitely easy to recommend to anyone looking for a fine used vehicle. Thank you
