It is new because once we got it it did not fit the person right and so has been parked in a back room never been used . Need the room so we're trying to get rid of it she is supposed to be getting a new chair that fits her correctly and works for her. It's in really good condition, works great reclines adjustable seating with leg lifts. Adjustable headrest. Arms that lift up for easy transfer. Has brand new battery. OBO
