I bought a 2015 chevy suburban in December of last year. We have had nothing but problems with it. I wish there was a law against dealers selling  lemons. The first week we had it, the check engine light came on. I took it back to them, even though I paid for extended insurance, they wanted to charge me $250. They said it was the fuel injectors and said that they cleaned them. I refused to pay them, so he said DON'T BRING YOUR TRUCK BACK AGAIN. They wanted to charge me for something that should have already been done. Then they put down that the truck had more miles then it really had. So my extended insurance is now no good. I  took it to a chevy dealership. The motor mounts are cracked and the transmission is slipping. I need a new transmission and motor mounts. $2887 for new motor mounts and $7144 for a transmission. I don't know how I'm going to come up with that money and still pay the loan. I will never go back to that place again.  First of all I was told by the son not to go back and second of all they did me wrong. Also I wouldn't recommend anyone. I wish I would of read the other reviews before I made the decision to purchase a vehicle from them. I'm very disappointed. Didn't know that I was dealing with a wolf in sheep clothing.

My dad brought me here to look and buy a car. They have good prices and treat us well. This is the third truck my dad has bought from here. We would recommend.

We found a cargo van for a little over 12k we drove 3 hours and we put 500 dollars down to save it so we can test drive it. bad brakes, transmission oil was burnt, smelt inside the van, low tires. another thing was they raised the price to 14k on the paper that was in the van after test drive van was bad shape wires showing in the back they refused to return are 500 dollars. Efrain was rude and kept telling us "welcome to the real world" very unprofessional! my bad we should have done are research before doing any thing with these father and son scammers. apparently we are not the only people they have done horrible business to. Would never ever recommend buying any vehicles from this business.nothing but lies photo shop we went to a repitable dealership they over herd us talking to these scammers at father and son and took 500 off of the cargo van we bought they know about this company father and son so this repitable dealership gave us a deal like no other and they where very professional and we got a excellent cargo van where not the only one who have gotten scammed from father and son scammers

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I would NEVER EVER recommend anyone to this auto dealership. I was working a deal with Efrain over the phone due to being over 3hrs away and to hold the vehicle he recommended me to send earnest money to hold it. I sent $500. Called them when I was an hour away to let my hem know, they didn’t have the vehicle ready took 20mins to bring the vehicle and once he brought it out it didn’t match the pictures. We didn’t end up making the deal and he refused to give back the $500 saying it was non refundable. NEVER letting me know prior to sending the money. Efrain was extremely unprofessional and rude with condescending remarks of “this is the real world”. As business owner myself this was extremely unprofessional and horrible experience. I would never buy a vehicle from these people and NEVER send a deposit. SCAMERS!
