They sold me a maddog back in October which sat in the garage until this month.  While on its second ride I noticed the rear wheel was wobbling violently.  I was able to get it home and after confirming the lugs were torqued down I realized the rim must be bent.  The hub does not wobble once the wheel is removed.  I reached out to venom since it’s under warranty still and they have done nothing but ask for more and more pictures and video.  They are trying to blame the tire (again brand new 15 miles on it) for the 2 inch wobble in the rim…..  obviously this isn’t the issue, but since the tires are not covered under warranty that’s clearly the narrative they want to push instead of ACTUALLY helping me.   I’ve attached a video so you can be the judge for yourself.

Additional info:  they finally agreed it’s the rim but tried to get me to remove this review.  When I told them I would not remove the review, they started to ignoring me and refusing to send my replacement part.  Also read their “good reviews” carefully.  They seems fake to me.
