Its really nice fridge and we love it (came with house). Only down side is that ice maker freezes up and have to defrost every month of every 2 months or so. Otherwise great fridge. See below for force defrost instruction Samsung ice maker Samsung Refrigerator Model RF23J9011SR/AA Force defrost On the front panel press Freezer (top left) and Cool Select (middle right) buttons simultaneously for about 8 seconds, until there is a “ping” and the display goes blank. Then, press any other button until “Fd” appears. Once Fd is selected it goes into the Forced Defrost mode and will beep for about 25 minutes while it is defrosting. During this period all lights on the front panel are off. At the end the beeping stops, normal lights come on at the front panel, and the refrigerator is back to normal and the frost in the icemaker has melted. Reset water filter Hold crushed for 3 seconds
