The fabric is a soft chenille & linen blend performance fabric. Very durable & easy to clean. All cushions and covers are removable for washing. Lightly used for barely 2 years. (Manufactured 2/2/23) Retails for $3,200+, this exact fabric is no longer offered on LS site. No rips stains or issues! Has just been thoroughly cleaned. Smoke Free/Pet Free home. Only selling due to just moving to a new home, it’s way too big for our space. Sadly, we are looking to sell it for something smaller. Delivery is available for an additional fee. NOT FREE.
