Each tension rod has a nut on one end: adjust with a 3/8 socket or open end wrench. BROKEN HEAD , as shown, but… Plenty of new heads with sticks bound in, different brands available online. Around $40-$55. This is a BIG cuica, with quite a range of tone! Pick up in Whittier after 2PM weekdays, after 2PM, Saturday, or before 2PM Sunday .
