This dealership is the BEST!! I called Fred on Friday and had an approval within two hours of calling. If they didn’t do any haggling with me, they knew I was coming from out of town. It was truly an In-N-Out process. Fred is amazing Victor is super sweet!! I love these guys. I’ll definitely be back for another car. Save me a hellcat 😘

The process was straightforward, quick, and convenient. Victor and Fred were excellent to work with, and we also met the general manager, who was just as friendly and transparent. We are satisfied with our purchase and the overall experience.

A customer came in before us and was interested in the exact vehicle we were—they left to think about it with no deposit or guarantees. They treated us with the same respect and allowed us to test drive and discuss pricing. When the same customer returned to purchase, the manager prioritized us since we were already starting the paperwork. Unfortunately, as a black couple, we anticipated being told the prior customer had priority, but this didn't happen.

We were treated fairly and without regard for our appearance. We were serious buyers with “cash in hand” and treated as such.

I waited a week to share a review. We flew to Dallas and drove the vehicle back a little over six hours. We’ve also driven a few hours out of state with no issues since the purchase..

Transparency—We’ve noticed a few bumps, bruises, and minor inconveniences that were not pointed out to us at POS, and it took them about 20 minutes to acknowledge our existence when we arrived (they apologized).

I’m about a year late with this review, but I had to come back and share my experience. Over the past year, I’ve had absolutely no issues with the car, it’s been great. The entire buying process was smooth, fast, and unlike any other dealership I’ve dealt with. Bobby was outstanding and went above and beyond for my wife and me. I highly recommend doing business with them. They’re honest people who truly care and won’t sell you a lemon.

Buyers beware. I purchased a 2023 Cadillac CT4 at the end of December of 2024 from iCars Dallas, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. When I bought the vehicle, I specifically asked if it had ever been in any type of accident. I was told it had not. The Carfax report later showed a record of damage, and when I questioned them about it, they explained that it was supposedly caused when the car was being unloaded from a transport truck — saying the bottom of the car was “slightly damaged” — but that the vehicle had never been wrecked.

After owning the car for just under a year (and it only has about 36,000 miles on it), I’ve had to take it to the Cadillac dealership five or six different times for various issues. The car isn’t driven every day, yet it’s had ongoing problems since day one. When I finally had it inspected more thoroughly, it was discovered that the vehicle had in fact been wrecked in the front, and it doesn’t even have the correct manufacturer’s bumper on it. Sewell Cadillac confirmed that the front bumper is an aftermarket replacement, not a genuine Cadillac part.

When I reached back out to iCars Dallas for answers, all they could say was “sorry,” or that the car “still holds good Blue Book value.” Their main response was basically, “Well, it’s still under manufacturer’s warranty.” Communication has been terrible—they don’t return phone calls or respond to text messages.

Overall, I feel completely misled. They’ll tell you everything you want to hear to make a sale, but once you drive off the lot, you’re on your own. Purchase at your own risk.
