Weber Genesis Silver A Propane Gas BBQ Grill with Weber Cover & expired/old empty Propane. ＄185.00 This Weber Genesis Silver A is a propane (low pressure) gas grill with 2 burners. Everything on this Weber Genesis Silver A has been cleaned and the grill is fully functional and ready to use. The firebox and the lid have been de-greased and scrubbed clean. There is a some carbon on the inside of the lid that was too stubborn to come off but that does not affect grilling at all. The steel frame has been washed and polished. It is sturdy and level with the wheels. The gas manifold has been cleaned. The brass gas controls and orifices have been cleaned and polished. The brass gas controls operate smoothly. The stainless steel burners and cross over tube have been cleaned and installed so the flames burn correctly. The stainless steel Flavorizer bars have been scrubbed and, although used somewhat, have lots of life left. The grill grates are enameled cast iron which have been de-greased and scrubbed clean. There are a few small chipped areas but these are still the best cooking grates—the small areas of bare cast iron will season well with use and the remaining enamel is solid. The small drip pan and bracket has been de-greased and cleaned although there is some signs of wear. The larger drip pan has been de-greased and cleaned. The temperature gauge works. The piezo igniter works. The regulator hose has been cleaned and works properly. The tank holder/indicator has been cleaned, lubed and works. The warming rack has been scrubbed and cleaned but is not seasoned so it shows a bit of rust. The smaller front wheels have been cleaned and lubed and roll. Dimensions: 40.5” H x 50” W x 21” D. There is a Weber cover that goes with it and it has been washed off. Note that this Weber Genesis Silver A was used but not very heavily and it sat under its cover for a lot of the time. It is in excellent condition for its age. It has been tested with propane gas and heated to high heat—the knobs turn smoothly and the burners heat the grill fast and hot. This is one of the older Weber models, made in the USA, that definitely has proven durability and longevity. This particular Weber Genesis Silver A model is the best for quality as well as simplicity of using, cleaning and maintaining it. Many of the parts for the older Weber Genesis models can still be obtained when/if needed either from Weber or aftermarket. It is a nice compact size, great for small areas and/or ease of moving about as needed. And, this Weber Genesis Silver A is clean and ready for cooking for many more years to come! I will add in an expired old empty propane tank—the tank can easily be exchanged for a newer filled tank at a local store/home center. $185.00, Cash Only.
