The Auto Vault is a car enthusiast's dream shop!   Cool cars, great atmosphere, and helpful staff. Chris on the sales team was incredibly knowledgeable and took time to go over everything on the BMW I was interested in. In addition to being knowledgeable, Chris was very responsive to my questions.  If you're looking for a no pressure  sales experience this is the place to go. Hands down the best dealer experience I've ever had. I was very happy with the purchase of my vintage BMW 3 series and will be seeking their help for future purchases!

Somewhat responsive but at the end of the day unprofessional. A little pushy & no real customer service. Chris speaks to you as if you are his friend and not their customer. Very vague in their explanation when the CUSTOMER has questions. Even an overzealous buyer like myself who was willing to purchase without physically seeing the vehicle. Never gave a call. That guy seems to be checked out or just not care. Hopefully
Your experience is better. After looking at the 4Runner more I notice rips in the leather. The carpet and liner is worn and loose. I’m glad they were unprofessional because I dodged a bullet. Don’t rush when buying a car, especially if their employees or owners give off bad vibes.
