STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! I bought a 2014 CRV from Sam who either runs this business or owns it, the car was in rough shape but he sold me on a free warranty and assured me the car was in good mechanical condition.  A few days after I noticed a shudder in the transmission from 2nd to 3rd gear, I tried calling Sam about this but It was very difficult to get ahold of him. After having patience for about a week I kept calling the dealership every day until Sam picked up. He told me to wait until the car passed 1k miles from when I bought it to file a warranty claim which makes no sense but I agreed. NOT EVEN A WEEK LATER the ignition went bad and I had to get it TOWED to a nearby shop. The shop told me there had been tampering because there was zip ties found holding the ignition together. This wouldn’t have been a problem if it was covered under the warranty Sam sold me on, but of course it was not! Now I have to pay $1,060 for a new ignition, and when I called Sam to explain the problem I had, he said,  “I know, I know”  then accused me of putting words in his mouth because I asked why he would sell me the car if he knew the ignition was going to go bad. Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place you’re much better off buying a car for an extra 3-5K at a certified pre owned dealer or a large name brand dealer. The pictures are of the ignition in the condition that it was sold to me in. Anyone with a flathead screwdriver would’ve been able to turn the ignition and drive right off! Thanks again Sam for making a family’s life much more difficult.

I waited a month before making this review because a car is a very important purchase, and no one wants to have "Buyers Remorse." Im so very happy with my purchase ❤️ I Love My 2014 BMW SUV. Its very sturdy and  can handle the roads and weather here in Michigan. I saw a BMW posted on line. I'd test drove several cars and jeeps for a month. Sam and the lady in the office were wonderful.  Got my payments to what I wanted.

changing my review to a one star. These guys will scam you. They sold us a car that had a bad engine within a week of driving it. Since we added on the extra cost of having a warranty, they immediately referred us to Plymouth auto repair and even though they said the warranty company will cover all costs, we still had to pay out of pocket for the service being done by the car repair shop. I talked to other car shops prior coming to this one that we were referred to and they told me that not only the car repair shop but the dealership also gets a cut of the $$ that’s provided by the warranty. But wait there’s more. We were promised replacement of the windshield wipers. They were very bad on test drive and upon inspection they were never replaced. We were told to send the receipt of newly purchased wipers to the cellphone number of the salesman,Sam,  and he would provide us a check. he never reimbursed us and I will edit this if he does. Also, I noticed while leaving the lot of the referred car shop, the car next to ours had a Zein motors license plate frame. It all came full circle in that moment. They’re selling you bad cars and sending them here and getting extra money out of you and the warranty companies by fixing them up. I would not recommend and they are polite and friendly upon purchase of the vehicle, but every interaction post-purchase whether in person or over the phone has been rude and unpleasant. Do not waste your money here.
