Shure SM7 Vintage Microphone

This is my vintage 1970s Shure SM7 Cardioid Dynamic Microphone (not SM7B or other similar model). Only used SM7s are available, so as screenshots show, SM7s like mine sell for $1700 after tax, shipping, insurance, etc., and even ones in bad condition are $1500. I'm selling mine for near half because I don't want to deal with the risks of shipping and don't want to spend time to find the rare buyer who fully understands and is willing to pay true value for this rare mic. Even so, I've held onto it for decades, which should make clear that I'm not in a rush or desperate to sell, so don't bother with any ridiculous lowball offer. In fact, if you plan to offer less than my price, please do so in your first message. Considering the value, the buyer must be local from the Tampa Bay area and have both the equipment to test the mic and the cash to pay for it when we meet.
