Lillian was great to deal with, the 2015 expedition is good too. Easy process, no pressure buying, they let me look over the car, top to bottom and test all functions such as the 4wd on the truck to verify that there was no noises. Just your typical used car wear and tear in my case. The prices are reasonable as well. I personally wouldn't hesitate to buy here again.

Note to everyone, do your research on the car you are buying for known issues, have someone to inspect the car if you don't know anything. Used cars can have issue. Some may break a week later and that's not the dealership fault.

I purchased a vehicle for my father in law and was assured by Liliana that it had no mechanical issues at all,  before purchase I specifically asked her are there any check engine lights on the dash, engine issues or transmission issues and I was assured that there were no check engine lights and there are no mechanical issues at all, she said there were a few dents in the rear which I was fine with and to make sure the oil changes are done on time.   My father in law lives in the Orlando area and it wasn't convenient  for us to make the trip to the Miami area and back so we trusted her word, had she just mentioned the check engine light was on then I would've passed on purchasing it but she ensured us that it wasn't on.   The vehicle was delivered by a transport company on 10.31, upon delivery I immediately noticed the check engine light was on,  I reached out to Liliana and was advised by her to text her photos and videos of the check engine light and codes. I called her to make sure she received them and she said she will look at it and get back to me, ever since I sent it to her I never heard back from her since 10.31.25.  She reads my texts and ignores them, I called the number on the website and spoke to Gus, Gus advised me to send him the estimate invoice  of the repair to the companies website which I did and was advised only Ian Hagen or Salomon Bengio are able to help in this situation but was told Salomon was out of the Country and Ian only comes by the dealership occasionally.   We have been respectful and patient each and every time we reached out to the dealership and requested for Ian or Salomon to reach out to me to find a resolution to this matter and since 10/31/25 we have been avoided and ignored as of 12.1.25.  I filed an official complaint with the FLHSMV and will also contact the BBB.  Its sad to have a business treat their customers this way by avoiding and ignoring, I am for sure both Ian and Salomon are fully aware of this situation and in fact knew there were several issues with this vehicle which is why I am being avoided and ignored.  They are all choosing to continue ignoring the situation.  I've made several request for a call back with both Liliana and Gus including text, calls and emails.   There is another bad review by a person named Jennifer on here that is pretty similar to mine and for a business to treat their customers this way is horrible.  Stay far away from Wholesale motors of FL in Hollywood FL
