The staff was very nice. Very helpful. And willing to make a good deal. Raquel was nice to work with. Start to finish. Drives a hard bargain, but great to deal with. I recommend taking a look at this dealer.

The “lady’s” in the front have no type of communication I spoke with the “main” female a fat short one and told her I would give one payment a month of $700 instead of 2 payments of $350 and they still repoed my car after just one week of having it?! Paid $4500 to have the car one week literally 8 days and they refused to give me any of my money back….also they were extremely rude and told me if I got my own mechanic to look at the car they wouldn’t sell me anything I should had took that as a big red flag DO NOT SHOP HERE looks like repo a lot of cars

I read the reviews and tried to give this dealership the benefit of the doubt. My poor choice. I bought a used vehicle Jan 202 and had problems with the car since the beginning. Within the first two weeks the car one morning after I paid my first payment the car would not start. I called and was told I need to bring the car to them? Since I’ve lived fairly close an older white gentleman (I think he was the owner) approved for a mechanic to go to my car and work on it. The women in the front office don’t speak English and are use less and didn’t car much if I got help or not. The car was finally moved to the dealership and a week later the car was fix (or so I thought.) the following month I paid my payment on time if not early and the car broke down on the freeway. I spent money on a towing fee to get the car to the dealership because it was the same pre existing problem. When I got the dealership I was told they will not be able to work on it for over a week and did not offer a loaner car so I had to buy a rental car for the next 10 days. When they said the car was ready it was  time to pay my car payment again. The first thing I notice was the car was in the same spot it was in 10 days again? I questioned the non English speaking staff what work was done on the  car and she didn’t know and didnt want to bother the mechanic to ask or give me paperwork of what service was done. I left in the car within a couple again the check engine light came on again with systems of the same electrical problems soon the car stopped working again. I felt like I been more than patient and I told them the car is sitting at my apartment and I’m not giving this dealership another dime until you fix this car or give me another. So I purposely didn’t give them a dime. No one ever called about servicing the car I only got calls about my payment. The staff is awful. I’m in sales so I have a tendency to be more understanding of situations in sales. The entire staff is incompetent and hustlers. Hustlers. Other than down payment and monthly payments I spent almost $2000 dollars on car rentals and towing fees the last 3 months. They inconvenience my life, job, kids transportation to school everything I worked hard on. Luckily I planned to get from under neath this car weeks ago before they came and picked it up as a repo. But I was not going to give that company another dime.

From start to finish, Raquel provided excellent service. They were always available to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable. went above and beyond to help me find the perfect work truck and at a good deal .Their patience and attention to detail made a real difference.

Definitely don’t recommend this unprofessional place. EVERY SINGLE THING IS UNPROFESSIONAL! They bend rules to benefit them and once they took your down payment they’re done with you ! Had so many mechanical issues with in a week after taking the vehicle and they never had time to fix it. DO NOT RECOMMEND ! They don’t hell fix issues only say “they don’t know”
