This has been kept in very good condition in a very clean household. I will also include a couch cover for this which retails for $65. Overall Size: 120.45 "W x40.15 "D x 23.23 "H. Sofa legs: 1.18" H. This has been an amazing couch and am only selling as it is too big for the place we are moving into! Please look at measurements photos to see sizing.
