She's a vintage 90s beauty. Remodeled and ready to go. We put a lot of work and upgrades into this trailer and it shows. We kept it stored with a cover always. The previous owner reframed and sealed the roof. This trailer is sealed tight and has never leaked on us. Electrical and water all work like a dream. There is space for a deep cycle battery, we just never got one because we camp with hookups. Also, it comes with a water pump, but we never hooked it up. Comes with 4 stabilizer jacks. Specs: 20 ft. tongue to tail 4700 lbs Sleeps 3-5. Includes one queen, one custom mattress (between a queen and twin size) and one custom twin size roll out cot. Two large propane tanks with plastic cover (I believe they are 33lb tanks) Stove/oven with 4 burners, fridge and freezer, shower (all work great). Upgrades made in the last couple years: New tires Repainted rims Fully sealed windows (just did that in the past week) Vinyl floors New toilet New valves on gray water and black water Tongue and bumper sanded and painted Known issues: Hot water heater doesn't work. I never tried to fix it because I never used the hot water. One outlet (the outside one) was removed because it stopped working. Could be replaced. One of the windows doesn't open. The mechanism isn't engaging the window to swing it up.
