Coronation by community plate silver plate flatware pattern by Oneida was introduced in 1936. The silverware pattern was to commemorate the crowning of Edward VIII of England who abdicated and was never crowned. The vintage coronation silver plate pattern off as many serving pieces to outfit a larger gathering. This silverware pattern is perhaps one of the top five most popular even after all these years. This set includes : 20 dinner knives with stainless blades 9 inches, 18 dinner forks 7 inches, 12 salad forks 6 1/4 inches, 34 teaspoons 6 1/8 inch, 18 oval soup spoons 7 3/8 inches, two solid tablespoons for serving 8 3/8 inch, one butter knife. Set is an excellent condition – no dents or bends. Comes with plastic place setting organizers as shown. Kept in a smoke free/pet free home. This is a large set.
