The proceeds of this medal will be given to Princess Elizabeth's Charity to help children in America. Now you can possess a moment in time of a historic time and of a historic person. Princess Elizabeth's Father was the Regent King of Yugoslavia during WWII. This was a medal awarded to her Father when he was King. The Kosovo Charity Fund and Princess Elizabeth planned the Charity. I bid on other items but this was the first I bid on and won. Princess Elizabeth of Yugoslavia is a personal friend who I met in 1988 at a presentation for the first Environmentalist Awards Program in New York at the United Nations in the General Assembly room. Recipients awarded were: Ted Turner CEO of CNN, Jim Davis of UNICEF, President of TARGET stores and the first woman Prime Minister of Norway, Gro Harlem Brundtland.
