Description

Collectible African American 16” Porcelain Doll with display stand. This doll is unmarked. The doll was used for display only and is in gorgeous condition. The doll has dark skin, brown eyes, and a full head of tightly curled black hair styled upwards with a red ribbon bow. The doll features painted facial details including eyebrows, eyelashes, and pink/red lips. The doll is dressed in a vintage-style outfit consisting of a red and white striped long-sleeved shirt with white lace trim at the collar and cuffs. Over the shirt, the doll wears a solid coral-pink overall-style dress with white lace trim along the hem. Red ribbon accents are visible on the dress along with flower accents on the shoulder straps. White bloomers with lace trim are worn underneath. The doll wears white shoes and socks. Although this doll is unmarked, it is a vintage porcelain doll, often associated with collectible editions.
