Description

Details of this charming Asian all-bisque pair include each with jointed arms and legs attached to the head and torso as one - all in good condition. Both feature finely molded and painted features with lovely, pale bisque, painted brown eyes and red lips. She features painted-on black hair topped with a headdress of gold embroidered silk and beads, along with a darling Chinese style silk costume in vivid shades of coral and aqua blue with painted-on black slippers (costume does present age related wear.) His head is topped with a cap of stiff black cotton and a long, braided queue. He wears a darling Chinese style silk costume in vivid shades of yellow and green with painted-on black slippers (costume does present age related wear.) Likely made in Japan circa 1920's. Measures: 4" tall each
