Shelton was absolutely amazing! He was so kind and he’s extremely smart when it comes to the details of the cars he is showing you! I was in between 2 cars that I liked. He was extremely patient with me and let me drive both of them twice. I made my decision on the car I wanted and he made it happen.  I’m extremely happy with my purchase and I am so grateful for the experience I received.  You hear horror stories about buying cars and how pushy the sales guys are but at sunrise ford they were amazing including the guy who did our financing. He was hilarious and made the process easy! Sunrise Ford Fontana has been the best buying experience I've had with any dealership. I came back two different times and the experience was pleasant and exceptional. Sales Rep Miguel is an outstanding sales and was had no issues letting me test drive used and new vehicles. He showed me different trim leaves of trucks and insured that they meet all the needs I requested. I was so indecisive on my choice that all banks were closed that night, but they had everything prepped for me to come the following day. The following day I dealt with different sales rep name Angelo and he was just exceptional as Miguel. He made sure that my decision was final and showed me other trims just in case. He spent time after I signed all my paperwork and showed me all the new features on my truck plus how to login into all my Ford apps and how to manage my auto play. I will definitely recommend this dealership and sales rep to my family and friends. Also the lease team were friendly and straight forward.

I only went in planning to look at a used 2023 Bronco, and somehow I ended up driving home in a brand new 2025 Bronco! 🤯 I told them what I could realistically do, and David went above and beyond to make it happen.

This is my first brand new car ever, and I honestly didn’t think it was possible. David made the whole process so easy, stress-free, and actually exciting. He was patient, real, and genuinely cared about making sure I left happy.

I’m still smiling every single time I start it up. If anyone deserves Employee of the Month, it’s David—he turned a quick “just browsing” trip into the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

I swear I wasn't going to walk out with a brand new SUV, but Ryan put a spell on us.😂 He's a cool dude can easily adopt any style of speaking.

Shelton and Andy didn’t just treat me fair—they treated me like the long-lost cousin who finally paid them back for that lawnmower. Straight shooters, no smoke and mirrors, and definitely no “let me go talk to my manager” theater.
I went in just to flirt with a used 2024 Bronco, but somehow rolled out in a 2025 for even less cash. That’s like walking into Taco Bell for a Crunchwrap and getting a steak dinner for cheaper.
The dealership itself? Spotless. The staff? Friendly—but not in the weird, “are you trying to sell me a timeshare?” way. Just genuine, helpful humans who actually knew their stuff.
Normally I go to CarMax, but after this experience, I’m officially cheating on them. I’ll be back—and I’m dragging friends with me.
