Rebounder / Mini Trampoline for weight loss and feeling good!

38" diameter rebounder / mini trampoline. Apparently it's foldable for easy storage, but I've always kept it as is form. Excellent condition as it lives indoor. Fun and easy quick home workout. Just put on your favorite song or two (hard to continue jumping more than that lol) and jump! That's it. Keep the core tight and bounce! I used it as a quick 2-minute workout / break after sitting at the desk for a while. If you want to lose weight, an easy strategy to get started is make it a habit of jumping on it for 2 minutes BEFORE you can go to the bathroom. So every time you need to go #2, hop on this and you'll get a few sessions in automatic daily. Atomic Habits strategy ;) Or pretend you're like Tony Robbins (you can find his seminar playlists on Spotify) and jump on it before you go into a Zoom meeting or make that sales call. Feeling kinda meh and need to change your state, Tony would tell you to hop on the rebounder for a couple of minutes, cheer and incantate some positive words, and you'll feel a ton better after. So whether you're doing it for weight loss / fitness, for your business / career, or just to get yourself in a good mood, this is a very cool and inexpensive tool to do that. Moving and can't take with me :/ but at least I can pass it onto someone who will make the most of it :) located in West LA.
