I paid $2,300 - the couch has a reversible chase lounge (photos of it on both sides, you have an extra regular seat pillow if you don’t want to do the lounge, and it’s a queen foam edge sleeper bed. Video of how easy it is to pull out and put away with just one hand. Non smoker but I have 1 dog. The material has been a dream. Easy to clean and wears nicely. Some measurements - back of the couch to the end of the arm is 38inches - full length of the couch arm to arm is 81inches - back of the couch to bed out 90inches - bed out width is 60inches Venmo or cash only.
