Good Project and Fixer Upper Camper Worked on Outside: -Resealed all windows, seams and roof -Installed new running lights -Repainted Outside -Rebuilt back Trunk Door -Resealed Roof (That was a few years ago it has a couple minor leaks now) -Sandblasted and repainted all four wheels Worked on Inside: -Reinsulated majority of camper -Put new Wallboard and Ceiling board in majority of camper -Installed new vinyl plank flooring in majority of camper Other Notes: -There is now a spot for a camping wood stove in it built with Sheetrock, fireproof insulation and, high heat paint. Also has a chimney with a cap on it at the moment. IT DOES NOT COME WITH A WOOD STOVE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS AREA FOR A WOOD STOVE UNTIL REDONE MORE SAFELY. -Comes with a brand new 7 gal. Hot water heater never been used -Bought it with Cash 6 Years ago -Does not have a Title -Old camper, Fixer Upper -Not Livable at the moment -Needs a lot of work done
