Tepco China Vintage Dinerware Skull Mug (Trader Vic’s?)

[NOTE: This item is located in Portland about a mile from the St. John’s neighborhood] Just in time for Halloween!! This mug is terrifying. A friend asked to sell it for him, and I’ll be glad when it’s out of the house : ). It’s actually very cool - read on. My friend is a vintage diner-ware collector, and this mug IS a collector’s item. It was made by Tepco China here in the U.S. I’ve seen them sell for more than $100 on EBay. If you love Halloween, this would be an awesome item for Halloween decor (and as some clever sellers have noted, one COULD put dry ice in or under it for an extra spooky effect). Also great for the restaurant-ware collector, or someone who likes goth influence, for that sacred cup of morning coffee. It is in perfect condition aside from a small chip on the inside bottom edge (this is not visible when the mug is upright, and it has not resulted in any cracking). Trader Vic’s used to use mugs just like this one, many years ago. This is the original vintage, not one of the later- or foreign-made copies.
