After one month of searching and going to 8 dealerships (North & South Carolina), all I had to do is stay in my own city to get a ride. RUN…RUN..RUN!!! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! I have only had my car from here 1 and 1/2 months and it has been nothing but a headache! I lost my job right after I got this car…I called and advised them of this…I was 10 days late making the payment due to my pay schedule changing and they told me that they where coming to repo my car…I paid them over 1000 when I got paid for the car payment and all the fees they attached …cool..I still had the car…my insurance lapsed on 4/20…I called and advised that I would be able to make the payment for the insurance on 4/24. They came and repoed my car due to the lapse of insurance mind you it’s not even a week that I have had no insurance and now instead of paying 300 for my car payment and 250 For my insurance they are charging me 3000. Stating that l need to pay 2000 on the interest 595 for the repo and additional 600 for my car payments (300x2) 250 for an admin fee and 150 for a cancellation fee mind you I’m not in default on my loan.. the have put a repo on my credit from the first missed payment that is still there after I made the payment…Now I understand that the company has policies but for a company to not work with their customers is crazy because we are the ones that keeps the company in business THE EASY PART IS GETTING THE CAR!!! Oh another thing…you can never talk to the owner on your own so that you can explain your situation and ask help or an extensio which is also weird….all you can do is talk to this weird ladies…. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I was helped by Ryan G and he was incredible! He went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable with the car we were getting. He also made us very informed of all of our options. Would absolutely work with Ryan if you can!!!

I got a car 1000$ down here it had less than 110k miles when I bought it and less than 120k when the transmission went. Not even.  6 months of me having my car the transmission went out and they wouldn’t help me or do anything about it. I made sure I had GAP insurance and a warranty but they told me I couldn’t use my warranty how I couldn’t use my warranty in the first year on my first repair idk but I will be uploading all conversations with the manager as well as my contract. Don’t reply to me upload proof.
