I bot a 2014 BMW 535i X drive.. The service with the Sale man . Help me so much.. for me being a out state person from AL.  Sale person sent video and CarMax about the car..He went out the way to make the deal with me ..  finance person was great and all the paperwork... Car was Transported in 2 days.. I would buy another BMW from them again..

I saw an online listing that looked good a 2015 Mercedes for sale so I went ahead and sent in an inquiry about it. They got back fast and were quick to setup the process for me to buy the car online because I live out of state. With me living out of state they also said that shipping would be easy to setup and they would cover it. Sounded good so I went ahead and paid for the car and as soon as I did the customer service went bad. Taking forever to respond seemed like they didn’t care anymore. Upon reviving the car I noticed there was scratches in the hood and trunk, but it gets worse there marks on the side of the back bumper where the car has been in an accident. So I went ahead and messaged them and said what happened the car did not look like this in the pictures and they never said there was any sort of damages at all. They proceeded to respond saying “this is normal wear and tear” and they can’t do anything about it. I then asked about the delivery because they said it was covered and then they proceeded to say “we never said that” worst car buying experience I’ve ever had I would not recommend them at all
