Bright my car here for a few recalls and they handled it quickly and professionally. When they couldn't complete all recalls they scheduled me for a future visit to take care of the remaining issues. Overall great customer service in a nice facility filled with nice and friendly faculty.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been beyond frustrating. My truck has been at this dealership for over two weeks now, and I still have no clear answer on what’s wrong with it. Every time I call for an update, I get the runaround — vague responses, broken promises, and zero accountability. And takes forever to call back

It’s completely unacceptable to be without a vehicle for this long without even a proper diagnosis or timeline. The lack of urgency and professionalism is disappointing. I expected much better from a dealership and would not recommend bringing your vehicle here unless you’re okay with being left in the dark and stuck waiting indefinitely.

Very fun buying experience. Justin was super - I shopped around before finding this dealership and it was a world of difference compared to the other Ford dealerships I went to. I never felt pressured & they really worked with me on the numbers.
