This is a piece of French black Chantilly lace double sided trim with an eyelash fringe. Non-stretch. This lace can be used as a whole piece or it can be cut in-between the two designs to be used as a single-edged scalloped border trim; therefore 1 yard of lace would give you 2 yards off trim, then both ends of lace can be stitched together to create an even longer length of lace.
