Fishing Boat W/25hp Motor /Trailer And Replacement Parts Motor

So... My ex left and took the vehicle to pull it and the knowhow to drive it and fix it and all knowledge boat related ... So....no need for it now as my stubborn self came to the conclusion I will not be learning anytime soon..... I know trailer has lifetime registration? The motor that is on the boat ran not last year but the year before... We bought a replacement motor because how could we not when we came across the same one for cheap.... Re-did the light wiring so they work. The pump to get water out works. Storage under the seats. Extra propellers and. Anchor. I was told the engine seized up because I left it outside..... But I don't trust the mechanical skill of the person who told me that.
