This is a Human Care H-250 chair. Or Barton H-250 system. This is a great chair for a care taker. It has many functions like reclining, tilt back, leg elevation, lay flat, head support, arm rest supports. It is on four locking swivel wheels for easy mobility. It is well made and everything works. Included is the bed transfer system. There are some good videos on YouTube showing all the functions. Please check them out. These are very expensive new, save a bunch of money with this good unit.
