On day one they came to me with their best offer right out of the gate (the one I eventually used). No playing games, no up and back. Best offer right up front. Monica made my experience at Coulter Nissan really great!  I came in without an appointment, she assessed the situation and had me taken care of in an hour.  I really appreciated her help!  I use a walker, and she got it out of the car for me, and also put it back in when I was ready to go!  Totally unnecessary, but greatly appreciated!!  She gets 5* from me!
