28ft with 2 POP outs. Will come with 2 generators and a small TV which is wall mounted in the bedroom. CONS; Floor needs to be done Toilet has a crack in it so the water line can not be connected otherwise it leaks ( can still be used because I have a cap on it.) One of the small windows needs replaced because it is cracked. Needs base board trim Does not have: couch, table, or seats that go with the table. Door locks will need to be replaced ( Still able to lock it just have to do it differently) Tags are up I have the pink slip but have not transfered it into my name yet.
