2005 Chevrolet Tahoe

The good: I’m the original owner; this is stock unmodified truck, no accidents. V8 5.3L, 174,660 miles. Engine runs excellent, CA truck, solid body, always maintained, fresh oil change, normal wear for age. New radiator, and fuel pump, transmission re-built around 120K miles new torque converter this year. Tires less than a year old, Goodyear Wranglers good brakes. Power everything, all options for this year. Leather heated seats, sunroof, 6CD player, SiriusXM rear DVD and screen, Bose sound, ice cold AC, great heater front and rear, rear bucket seats fold down, back bucket seats can come out for lots of room. The bad: The wiring harness is brittle and I’m chasing electrical issues. Sometimes the truck won’t start because of no fuel pressure, but then you fiddle with the lights and it starts. Two shops have not been able to find the issue, probably a bad ground for chewed wire from a rodent. Bottom line, I’m kinda done fixing things on this truck and don’t want to spend more money on it. If you are not mechanically inclined, don’t buy this truck. It’s been a great truck and sold as is.
