Four golf cart tires. 16x6.5-8. 4 lug nuts on 4” centers. The tires show no wear and the rims look good. One tire will not hold air. I tried to demount it to identify the problem but was not able to do so; I included a picture. I have a good tube I will include for this tire. I’m open offers
