I've owned many cars, and have worked on them myself, up to a limit. When it came time to bring my Q5 in for service, Audi Bellevue was my first choice, and it remains number one after a lengthy round of troubleshooting a concern that was eluding several technicians.

I want to thank Maxwell for being one of the most diligent service partners one could ask for. After major repairs I came back as there was a strange RPM revving taking place that didn't make sense after a timing belt being replaced. With a loaner in place and my Q5 dropped off, the techs began troubleshooting. What made this experience so dynamic was... a major holiday, a huge windstorm and local power outages, team members who were out due to illness... and a car with a mysterious driving symptom. As a car guy I did my own research alongside the Audi team. I offered ideas and the team listened, which was very helpful. I came by for a test drive with a tech so we could diagnosis the anomaly together... and finally the 'check engine light' came back on so more diagnosis could be done.

The shop foreman Tammy suggested the culprit might be related to a drive axle, which I didn't agree with, and the Audi team remained professional and diligent in searching for the cause of the RPM rev irregularities. She agreed after more tests to replace the camshaft adjusters... which solved the problem completely. My sister is driving the car now and it's been wonderful ever since. From wild adventures and delays from weather, shipping, part numbers, and more, it was a over a month to get the Q5 back on the road. What stands out is that even when things aren't going well, I try to remain calm and professional, and so did the team at Audi Bellevue. Cars can be weird and even act in ways no one can predict. When that happens you want a team that will partner, collaborate, and work  toward a solution, not make excuses. I'm sure I'll be back for service on our other Audi's and am glad to know leadership, and the whole team - techs, reception, and especially Maxwell, are truly focused on creating a positive customer experience, even when things aren't going smoothly. Thank you very much for your help and positive attitude all along. Highly recommend!

I want to start by saying that I’ve had good experiences with Bellevue Audi and their service representatives for the most part. I also understand that service appointments can sometimes get backed up. That being said, I feel that if I schedule an appointment online with the understanding that I’ll be waiting at the dealership for an oil service, it would be helpful to be informed ahead of time if the expected wait is going to be significantly longer than usual.

For example, I drove 50 minutes for my 10:45 AM appointment and was told upon arrival that it would take about 3 hours for what is typically a 1 hour service. If I had known beforehand, I could have made the decision to either reschedule or adjust my plans accordingly. I believe providing this information in advance would make the customer experience much smoother.

Nick and Rigo were excellent to work with when purchasing my new Audi. Both very timely in communication and fair in negotiations, we reached an equitable sale and closed quickly.

I appreciated working with them and they’ve definitely earned my future business.

Had a great experience with Audi service! The staff was professional and super accommodating. They take care of the maintenance quickly and thoroughly, and also returned my car spotless, inside and out. While I was waiting, they even helped me book a Lyft so I could get on with my day without any hassle. Really appreciated the thoughtful service from start to finish!
