2024 unit, was installed new on my house and used for 6 months. Worked great until it got extremely hot out and it couldn't keep up. Had the unit checked by Bill Bowers ac here in Hudson, they said unit was working perfectly it just wasn't big enough for my house. Also comes with new hurricane pad. Price is firm fcfs
