Description

This is a Polywood Vineyard patio set purchased new about 5 years ago at Patio Productions. All pieces are mahogany color with sesame color cushions. It includes: 1 3-person sofa 1 2-person loveseat 1 chair 1 rocking chair 1 coffee table Total new purchase price was over $4000. Selling for $1700. The Polywood frames are still in excellent condition. The cushions are 5 years old and although not faded, some have become a little dry from the sun exposure. A few seams have ripped (see pictures) but can be repaired. This damage is figured into the price. The cushions have been kept covered much of the time. The fire table is not included in the price but I will include it for $150 extra.
