The staff is excellent and I am super grateful for the help and attention.

But the friendships are bad.

"If at any time someone recommends a certain *FRANK* to you for something electrical in your car, think about it, it's a disaster.

I paid him in full for my work and it's been almost 7 months and to this day he is still not finished and my car continues to fall apart on its own. Thanks to his work, I had to take my car to the dealership due to an electrical fault caused by its bad connections.

In short, how sad it was to have met and put my car in the hands of that character called *FRANK*

Adrian and Pepe  was great. Had issues with  car. They took care of it right away.  Great guys worked real hard to make everything was correct . But after getting the cars never received paperwork. Have had the cars for almost 2 months now. The fusion is still not registered. Contact them several times no response.

Went there to buy a car.. spoke to Pepe. He showed us cars in our budget. Told him how much we had down. We viewed 3 cars only. That’s all he said he had in our budget..made appointment to come back Thursday afternoon to do paperwork.. he called us on Thursday an hour before our appointment to say no finance person available due to emergency. Rescheduler us to come back Monday.. we get there Monday. Office is packed with people. 4 families in total.
We sat down with the so called owner. He started credit etc. he asked how much we had down. We told him.. mind you we got pre approved on Tues. we were supposed to come back on Thursday. The owner. Was texting, do other stuff while he was supposed to be handling our purchase. Then says oh.. well since your only doing $1000 down. I only have 1 car for you.. a Honda. No sir that’s not the cars we looked at and definitely not what we wanted. Well I can’t help you then. 🤔 we told him what we were pre approved for. He said no. Gave us a crazy explanation on how we had to put $5500 down for any of those. While we’re in office the families in the office with us are pissed off. They paid $3000 down signed for car, took car home. The owner called them saying they had to bring the vehicle back because they weren’t approved. They came in for explanation of what was going on. The owner had them give the keys to him “ to check out vehicle”  refused to give them there money or return car. So they were stranded with their child at car lot. Another family was in complete distress over. Them taking there car claiming they had not paid the down payment, the family is showing them the paperwork and receipt for the car down payment, plus they made additional payment. Which the dealership was refusing to give them there money or return there car. Brought them there under same circumstances and they paid. AVOID this dealership at all cost. They lied, manipulated and stole peoples property, and refused to return the down payment. At the end when we said we already discussed and got pre approved by Pepe on Tues. the owner told us we can just leave because he’s not going to give us any car accept the one offered, unless we give him $5500 down., this car was for my elderly mother. We asked to speak to Pepe, we were blown off and told he was busy we can just leave. IF you want to avoid being scammed, embarrassed, straight out disrespected. Avoid this place. No way did 4 families abd ourself experience this. And hearing this 1st hand. I did talk to the other families outside the dealership. And they were completely distraught over there money, the car and being stranded at the dealership., one family was trying to figure out how to pick up there other 3 kids from school.. I’m so happy the owner was a jerk. Or we would be amongst the scammed customers as well.
Definitely faking reviews. That’s insane. I’ll be buying another car in March. Definitely avoiding this place.
