5+ stars.  “Jax” was my first contact- I sent a message after-hours with questions from a CarFax listing- got a quick response(not Ai bs)from Jax with intelligent & concise info that answered my questions. I made an appointment, took a test drive, never pressured or pushed. The manager got me an amazing interest rate on a used car. Busy store(lots! of smart inventory, priced right), but my deal was always in process- from start to finish, it couldn’t have been more than 2 hours including the test drive. Unlike other dealers, all the salespeople seem to work as a team. I’m really frggn old, I’ve bought over 2 dozen new & used cars, this is probably my favorite purchase. Highly recommended.

Buyer(s) please be aware of this company. I found a 2017 Jeep on their website that looked amazing and was a good price for AWD and the newer year. It is for my 16-year-old son.

I will be the first to admit that as a father, and the man of the house I didn't do my homework.  I should have taken my time and took this car in for inspection. I would have saved myself a ton of money and trouble.Just two weeks after purchasing, we noticed the car leaking antifreeze in the driveway. Just a
few drops here and there, however it continued to get worse. When I took it into the shop, I received the surprise of my life. Not only did it need a new radiator, but there was about 2,500 dollars of additional repairs needed ASAP.

Repairs needed: Back brakes and rotors, Engine Oil Filter Adapter, plus labor for all, for a grand total of 2,591.00. I spoke with the dealership and expressed my concerns. They told me to take it to their mechanic shop Trapspeed HQ for a second opinion. I scheduled a time for them to look at, and the result came back the same. After agreeing to the repairs I spoke with a manager TJ, who told me that he could take 200.00
off the repairs. Well that never happened! a week later the vehicle ran hot and stopped on us. I took it back hoping that it was something small. Nope!!! Now it was the cooling fan motor. Another 555.00. Lastly, the car's tire didn't match (not ideal for AWD) and the front were worn
down. So, I spent another $633.00.

The IRONY in all of this is that the same repair shop that they use, Trapspeed HQ, is the same company that passed it off for inspection on the CARFAX report.

Again, Buyer Beware, and for sure have every car that you are thinking about purchasing for
them inspected by your own mechanic.

I just wanted to leave this review here for anybody who's considering to going to buy a car at the used car factory, you absolutely no doubt have to come to see Andre and his team at the used car factory before you go anywhere else you would not believe the selection, the quality of the vehicles and the treatment that I got from this staff blew my mind I could not believe how amazing these guys were I just needed is very last job to get on my way after a very long journey and this car saved my life and I have to and I owe it all to you guys!!!
