Recently restored and cleaned up: ✔ Wire brushed and rust removed ✔ Fresh coat of black rust-resistant paint on the heads ✔ Knurled steel handles cleaned and restored ✔ Solid cast iron construction ✔ Great for home gyms, garages, apartments, or outdoor workouts These are fully functional and ready to use. Some cosmetic wear remains on portions of the handles, but overall they present very well and look much better than typical used dumbbells.
