HANDCRAFTED OFFSET BBQ SMOKER This is a one of a kind wood smoker, handcrafted and thought out over thousands of hours. This smoker measures 7.5’ in length and 3.75’ wide and weighing 600 pounds. While “small” this smoker is pierce and has smoked some of the most outstanding meat ever! The smoke cooking space and fire box are made out of two 80 gallon tanks. The cooking space provides you with plenty of space to cook between the two grates. The upper grate is on rollers to easily access your meats. The fire box measures 24”x32” with an inner 24” diameter. This smoker is equipped with a shelf to place plans, gloves and cooking utensils. This shelf measures 37”x14”. The smoke stack is 5” diameter and 5’ tall with a closing hinge to control your smoke. All hinges are handmade. This smoker has also been finished off with two Tel-Tru temperature gauges and heavy duty steel casters for easy movement. When it came to details and finishing touches this smoker is anything but lacking. This smoker has a beautiful brown patina finish. Made with 1/4” steel throughout.
