Just picked up my 2012 Cadillac CTS V and wanna give a shout out to Rich and the guys at LKL Motors, they made the process easy and were fun to do business with.  After the deal was done they decided to put 2 new tires on the front of the car for us free of charge before we drove it home over the mountain passes that night because the other front tires (which were fine) had a little extra wear on the upper sidewall of the tire. I drove the car over 150 miles home in the dark, over 2 mountain passes that were getting snowed on and the car was fantastic. I give them 5 out of 5 stars, I absolutely recommend them and will do business with them again in the future.

Bought a Ford Focus End of June 2025. Car was a good deal and in good shape. Had no issues financing. That was the only good part. They recommend a company to ship. Which i used  Driver didn't speak much English. When i asked where my 2nd key was he said that was the only one. Call LKL they said it was in the car. Which it wasn't at this point. 2 Weeks later i go to register the car with all the paper work they provided. Unable to register car, due to issues with there paper work. Called and emailed them. No help what's so ever with this. So now i have a car im unable to register

Got a great deal on a used Honda Odyssey from LKL. They were candid, chill, and considerate throughout the inspection and purchase process. Eight months later, they were very helpful with a minor warranty issue. Would recommend and buy from again!

Recently bought a 4 runner from them and traded in a truck. The process of driving the car was good, trading the truck in was good, and buying the new was all good and smooth. I was lowballed on the truck price but that’s to be expected, people gotta make money somehow. My biggest problem was the 4 runner left me stranded the same night after I got off work. Battery died and had no life left in the cell. And one of the drum brakes was not set right and needed an adjustment but that wasn’t the biggest deal. A break light was out, again not a big deal but these are a couple things that make me worry about the longevity of the car. I have only had the 4 runner for 13 days now and I do enjoy it a lot but first night having it die has me a little worried about future issues. Overall somewhat upset about these issues but not the end of the world. This is my first time at a car dealership so I don’t have much to compare to but I would say if they have a good deal for the car you want go for it but it might be a little worth it to shop around a little more. Again just because of small things but we will see.

Richie was amazing! My husband and I came in with our eyes set on one vehicle. He made sure to not to leave any details out on this amazing purchase. He was patient and though it was getting close to closing time he didn’t rush us. He work quickly and efficiently. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to purchase a vehicle.
