Got this new couch last December 2024 for $500 on sale, but it is too big for my tiny apartment and was Rarely used. Since day-one it been kept covered by a quilted, no-stain cover so it is truly LIKE NEW. MEASUREMENTS: 74” across, 34” deep, 38” high, and seat is 19” from floor. NO DEFECTS in fabric, structure, anything. Buyer will also receive the unused 6-piece cleanup and protection kit I bought from Furniture Row at the time of sale.
