My experience was amazing from the very beginning to the end. Victoria was great. Best customer service. She’s made a last impression for my 1 experience leasing getting a brand new car. It was an exceptional experience.

I’ve purchased multiple cars from different dealerships. By far this has been the best experience ever and hurt less. This was the most easiest purchase I have made. Thank you Danny Vasquez again for all your help and attention to detail.

Overall it was a good experience purchasing a new vehicle from Cumming.  They advertised a great sales price, and they were *almost able to meet what was displayed on their webpage (where it always includes all incentives possible).

I wasn't told until the deal progressed that I was unable to receive some incentives because I used GM financing, even though I stated that was my goal all along.

The only other gripe I have is the dealer addons.  They said they can't remove about $1790 worth of non advertised (online) addons.  The $895 paint "protection" I have is non-existent.  After my first wash I could tell the vehicle never had any lasting protection applied.  I would recommend any customer to bring a cup of water or a spray bottle with them to check the performance of their "glass coat by simoniz" because the performance is non-existent.

With all that said, Victoria was easy to work with, and actually worked a deal via email and text when other dealers would not.  I appreciate that, and I wouldn't think twice about purchasing another vehicle from Cumming in the future.

Update with a turn for the worse:
I washed the truck using a soap that cleanses fillers, and prepped the truck for a real ceramic coating by using an iron remover and then clay baring the truck.  When I got to the front right bumper I discovered damage from whoever tried polishing the vehicle on the dealer lot.  They brined through paint in two areas.
I went back to compare with a picture I took when I brought my truck home and sure enough, I could see the damage covered by some touchup/makeup.  I never would have imagined that I should have performed a full paint inspection on a brand new vehicle.  I shared this information with the sales person and they never got back to me with any progress other than informing their “GSM”

This has been one of the best dealerships I ever visited, starting with the Sales Agent Sebastian, He was very professional, patient and respectful at all times, He helped me to do a trade in and I got the brand new 2025 EV EQUINOX, then to close the sales deal, I met with all the sales management team which all of them made a great experience leaving with a nice vehicle to drive.
