Sofa $125: 88” L x 42” D x 35” H Loveseat $75: 65” L x 42” D X 35” H New cushions and backfill, slightly firm but very comfortable. Fabric is good for pets, doesn’t collect hair and easy to clean. Non smoker. Coffee table $50: 57” L x 25” W x 17” H Homemade, one of a kind, solid as a rock. Mahogany top, oak legs. Polyurethane finish means it’s waterproof, no coasters necessary. These are used items so there are some signs of wear, but no major rips or tears and no broken parts. Great starter set at a great price!
